Trustees of the Hemas Outreach Foundation

The Hemas Outreach Foundation, which implements the
corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives of Hemas
Mr. Abbas Esufally - Chairperson Ms. Kasturi Chellaraja Wilson Mr. Shaktha Amaratunga Holdings PLC, is managed by an independent Board of
Trustees who work tirelessly in an honorary capacity.

All funds received from donors are utilized for the
specific projects they are meant for. This is while the full
quantum of administrative costs is absorbed by Hemas
Holdings PLC.

To ensure transparency, annual audits of all funds
received are conducted by EY (Ernst & Young) Sri Lanka.
The CSR initiatives with long term investment from
Ms. Sue Evans
Dr. Pramilla Senanayake Hemas carried out under a very successful Public-Private
Partnership (PPP) have a national impact.

They are linked to Sustainable Development Goal
(SDG) 4 of the United Nations (UN) to ensure inclusive
and equitable quality education.
